Update email password

For security reasons, you cannot view your email password. However, you can update your email password in your Webcentral account for Cloud Hosted emails and your cPanel account for cPanel Hosting.

Update Cloud Hosting email address password

Log in to your Webcentral account
Click Manage next to your domain
Click Email in the left column or the Create New Email icon
Click on the Email Address you want to change the password for
Type a new password into the New password field Click Update Password

Update cPanel Hosting email address password

Updating the email password on the cPanel environment is done through the cPanel interface.

Log in to your Webcentral account
Click Manage next to your domain
Click cPanel Hosting
Once you are logged into cPanel, Under the Email heading Click Email Accounts.
Locate the Email Address you want to change the password for Click the Password and Authentication option.
Type the new password in the fields provided, Click Change Password.
