Create a catch-all email address

A Catchall email address is used to capture all emails sent to invalid email addresses for a particular domain. It can be particularly useful for receiving emails sent to addresses which have since been deleted.

Create a catch-all email address on Cloud Hosting

  1. Log into The Console
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click Email
  4. Select 'Catch all' from the Create an email drop-down menu
  5. Type in the email address you wish to forward the emails to
  6. Click [Create]

Create a catch-all email address on cPanel Hosting

  1. Log into your Account
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click cPanel
  4. Click on Default Address
  5. Select the domain you wish to forward
  6. Select the Forward to email address radio option
  7. Type in the email address you wish to forward the email to
  8. Click [Change]
