Welcome to Webcentral! This article contains helpful information about our new Hosting Panel client area.
From 11:00pm (AEST) on Thursday, May 29, 2025, when you log in to your account, you will see the new Webcentral Hosting Panel. This is your client area -- a convenient interface from where you can manage all of your products and services, billing, and support tickets.

Logging in to the Hosting Panel
To log in to the Hosting Panel, follow these steps:

Use your web browser to go to https://theconsole.webcentral.au/login.

On the Login page, in the Email text box, type the email address you specified when you created your account:

In the Password text box, type the password you specified when you created your account.

Click Login. The Hosting Panel home page appears.
Resetting your password
If you forget your password, you can reset it. To do this, follow these steps:

Use your web browser to go to https://theconsole.webcentral.au/login.

Click Forgot password?:

In the Email text box, type the email address associated with your account, and then click Send reset instructions:

Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Managing products and services
Your products and services appear in a list when you first log in to the Hosting Panel. This list contains all of the products and services you have with Webcentral.
For any product or service, click Manage to see:
- An overview of the product or service. The information presented here varies based on whether you select an email account, a hosting package, a domain, etc.
- Billing settings for the product or service.
- Additional settings for the product or service, such as account delegates.
For some products, you can click Login to log in to the product account automatically (for example, cPanel or Professional Email).

Managing domains
From the Hosting Panel, it's easy to manage your domains, including:
- Lock and unlock a domain.
- Update the nameservers for a domain.
- Obtain an EPP code for a domain.
- Manage auto-renewal settings for a domain.
- ... and more.
