Create an email forwarding address

Email forwarding addresses are useful for forwarding emails received on one email address on to another. Depending on the type of web hosting service you have with us, the steps to create an email forwarding address may differ. Please follow the relevant instructions to create an email forwarding address.

Create a Cloud Hosting email forwarder

1. Log into your Account
2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
3. Click Email address you want to set up email forwarding on.
4. Under Forwarding, enter the email address you want to receive the forwarded email and then click Add email. You can enter multiple forwarding addresses.

Create a cPanel Hosting email forwarder

1. Log into your Account
2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
3. Click cPanel
4. Click the Forwarders icon
5. In the Address to Forwardtext box, enter the address for which you wish to forward incoming email.
6. Select the appropriate domain from the drop-down box.
7. Under Destination, select Forward to Email Address option to forward incoming email to another address. Enter the address to which you wish to forward email.
8. Click Add Forwarder.
