How to find your Professional Email server settings

Important: Professional Email needs to be added to your device as IMAP or POP. It is not compatible with Exchange.

If you have been migrated from Microsoft Email Essentials to Professional Email, you will need to migrate your calendars and contacts manually. Please check out Microsoft's guides on exporting and importing contacts and calendars.

Our recommended Professional Email server settings are:

Incoming Server Settings

Servermail.wcg-mail.com
Port993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP)
UsernameYour email address
ConnectionSSL/TLS
PasswordYour email account password

Outgoing Server Settings

Servermail.wcg-mail.com
Port587
UsernameYour email address
ConnectionSSL/TLS
PasswordYour email account password

When adding your email account to your device, you may need to manually set it up. You can find your Professional Email server settings by following the below steps:

  1. Log in to Professional Email
  2. Click the menu 2 cog.png
  3. Click Connect your device

  1. You may need to click Show manual configuration options

  1. You can now see your email settings
