Changing your password in Microsoft 365

You can use these instructions to change your Microsoft 365 admin as well as user password.

Note: If you already know your Microsoft 365 Administrator password and you want to reset password for your users then go to step 5.

1	Log into the Console (If you’re not sure how to do that, click here)
2	Manage the domain you want to make changes to Click on the Domain that you need to change
3	Click on Office 365 Email
4	Scroll down to the Admin Portal area and click update next to the Administrator user In the Reset Password section enter the Administrator password and hit Reset
5	Now, if you want to reset a Microsoft 365 password for someone else then follow these steps. In the Admin Portal area click Login
6	In the Admin login, navigate to the app launcher and then click on Admin
7	Go to Users > Active users. Select your users.
8	Click Reset password. Follow text on page.
