Renew a Domain, Auto Renewal and Domain Deletion

Webcentral will send you email reminders before your domain expires.
Please check your registrant and account email for these notices.

Automatic Renewal

You can turn auto-renew off and on at anytime after you login to your client area by following the following steps:

1. Log into Webcentral.au
2. Head to the all services tab
3. find your domain in the list or via search
4. Click on the Settings tab for your domain
5. In the Auto-renew section, click the button to instate auto-renew. To turn if off, please head to the domain Settings tab and click to turn it off

Manual Renewal

If you wish to manually renew your domain follow the steps below:

1. Log into Webcentral.au
2. Head to the all services tab
3. Find your domain in the list or via search
4. Click on the Billing tab for your domain
5. In the Automation timeline section, click to issue the next renewal invoice
6. Once the invoice is paid, the domain will be renewed

Cancelling a Domain/Domain Deletion

We are unable to delete domains, however we can set the domain to not renew. This will allow them to lapse, expire and then be deleted. You can also transfer the ownership of a domain to another party at any time.
