How to renew your SSL certificate

Netregistry sends three (3) email reminders to existing dedicated SSL customers when their SSL certificates come up for expiry. If not renewed manually prior to the expiry date, the SSL certificate will expire and website visitors will not be able to navigate through the website securely. To renew your SSL certificate, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log into the Console
2. Select the domain name you wish to renew the SSL certificate for from the You have SSL certificate(s) due for renewal drop down menu
3. Click [Renew SSL certificate]
4. Go through the payment steps

If you do not see the SSL renewal option in your account, this could mean you didn't purchase an SSL through us or the SSL certificate is not up for renewal yet. If you believe your SSL certificate is up for renewal but don't see an option to renew it in your account, please contact our help desk.
