History of Account Notifications

All Account email notifications, including password assistance emails, invoices, domain renewal reminders, are logged on our system and available for you to refer to, in case you are having trouble locating specific emails from us in your inbox or need to resend yourself specific information.

To access your notification history, follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your Webcentral account
  1. Click on the My account tab
  2. Click on Email History

From this page you can view all emails sent and received regarding important account notifications and support ticket updates. You can also view if any emails have bounced or failed.
