Billing Options

When ordering and renewing subscriptions, customers can choose from a variety of billing methods and frequencies. This support page outlines the available options.

Billing Methods
Customers may choose one of the below billing methods when ordering or renewing a subscription.

  • Credit Card
  • Prepaid Credit
  • BPAY

The credit card and prepaid billing methods are all automated. This means that upon renewal, our system will automatically debit money from the prepaid account or credit card provided to us.

For additional assistance modify the billing method being used for a subscription, please contact our support team, you will then be able to pay your invoice online through your portal.

Billing cycles
Depending on the service customers are subscribed to, they have an option to be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. To modify the billing cycle of your subscription, please contact our support team.

Adding a Credit Card to your account

  1. Log into your Webcentral customer area
  2. Head to the 'Billing' tab
  3. Click on 'Payment Methods'


  1. After clicking on 'Add Payment Method', enter your card details and click 'Save'


If you want to remove all of the credit cards listed in your account, please contact us.
