How To Find Your Support Code

Locating your 'support code' for quick authentication

A support code is a six-digit number located in your Webcentral account. It is used to 'authenticate' your access to the account when you contact our customer care team. Before giving out any information or making any changes to an account our customer care team will first need to authenticate your access to the account. There are several methods of authentication, the most common is the six-digit support code.

To find or generate a support code, follow the below steps.

  1. Log in to your Webcentral accountLog in to the Console.png

  2. The support code will be in the top 'right-hand' corner of the screen, underneath the account owners name (your name)

  1. If there is no support code, click New code to generate a new one (you can generate a new code at any time by clicking the New code button)

Should you be speaking with our team via live chat or phone, we may also send you a six-digit-code to your mobile should your mobile details be present on your Webcentral account.

If you are unable to log in to your account to access the support code, please see the How to update your account contact information support article for alternative methods of authentication.
