Zone Manager Overview

The Zone Manager is used by customers who are subscribed to a Cloud Hosting, Domain Manager or Business Email Hosting plan. If you are subscribed to a cPanel Hosting plan, please read our support article on how to manage zone records using cPanel. If you are not familiar with DNS or zone records, we recommend reading through our understanding DNS article.

Manage your Name Servers

Name Servers tell your computer what servers to find your zone records on. Therefore it is important to make sure your Name Servers are set up correctly. Click here to see how to change your Name Servers.

Manage zone records using Zone Manager

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click Edit DNS next to the domain you want to edit
  3. Click Zone Manager
  4. From this page, you can add, remove or edit zone records
  5. To add a zone record, click on the record type you wish to add and follow the on-screen prompts

Removing/updating zone records

You can remove or update zone records in Zone Manager by clicking Remove or Update next to the zone record.
