How To Find Your Support Code

Locating your 'support code' for quick authentication

A support code is a six-digit number located in your Webcentral account. It is used to 'authenticate' your access to the account when you contact our customer care team. Before giving out any information or making any changes to an account our customer care team will first need to authenticate your access to the account. There are several methods of authentication, the most common is the six-digit support code.

To find or generate a support code, follow the below steps.

  1. Log into your Webcentral account
  2. The support code will be in the top 'right-hand' corner of the screen, select the icon which will have a drop down with the support pin, select 'show pin'.

You can also locate the support pin by:

  1. Select the 'support' tab from the menu on the right-hand side of the page
  2. Select 'show pin' on the left-hand side of the page

Should you be speaking with our team via live chat and you're already logged into your Webcentral account, you will automatically be authenticated.

If you are unable to log in to your account to access the support code, please see the How to update your account contact information support article for alternative methods of authentication.
