Start by creating a new user in your account.
- Head to your Webcentral portal and find your Professional email service
- In the Manage your service section, click the “Admin login” button, it will open a new tab
- Find the tabs on the top of your page and click “more”
- Click “domain settings”
- Select “new” in Users section
