# Adding a subdomain to a website on Webcentral Managed WordPress

> Learn how to add a subdomain as a new website on Webcentral Managed WordPress.

On Webcentral Managed WordPress, every domain or subdomain is a new website and counts towards your site total. For this reason, if you have the Starter plan (with its single website), you must upgrade it to at least the Pro plan (with three websites). Then you can add a subdomain as a new website.
