# Email Setup Tutorials

This is a support article to help you setup your email correctly with Webcentral. Before you can configure your email software to send and receive emails from our servers, you must register a domain name and purchase a cPanel, OX Mail or MS365 hosting subscription service.

There are a few different mail servers provided by Webcentral, they are **cPanel**, **Professional & Business Email** or **Office 365** subscriptions. You may also have a Legacy service. If you are unsure which mail server you are on, you can find information on your console about which service you are currently using.

## Email software setup tutorials for the latest versions of popular Mail applications

As a courtesy to our customers, we provide online tutorials on how to configure various email software. Our staff, however, are not able to provide support on how to use third-party software. For assistance in how to use software not sold or developed by us, please contact the software manufacturer or visit their relevant online support pages.

Note: In some cases, local firewalls or SSL settings may interfere with the connection. If you experience issues during setup, please try temporarily disabling any firewall or security software, or test the connection without SSL to determine whether either is causing the interruption. Once the issue is identified, you may re-enable your security settings or reconfigure them to allow the connection.
