# Moving Your Domains to Webcentral

To keep things all in one place, and to make troubleshooting even easier, you can elect to transfer your domain to us and have us as your registrar. Ensure you have your registrant-contact details up to date.

To start the transfer please follow the instructions below:

* Log in to your Webcentral portal at webcentral.au
* Head to the *Place New Order* Tab
* Enter your domain name into the domain search field. Click on the Transfer Domain button
* Select the mount of years renewal (if applicable)
* Enter in the Domain password (EPP Code) and check your registrant details
* Click Add to Basket and continue through to payment

Some things to keep in mind:

* Many generic TLDs lock the domain upon transfer/after a change to the contact information so you may not be able to update where the domain is delegated to straight away.
* If you have a .CO.UK domain, please get in touch so we can supply our IPS-TAG and accept the transfer.
* If you want to start on a completely new venture, you could also register a free new domain for the first year with some of our hosting plans.
